The AFA Exotic Bird Registry is a volunteer central management for bird identification. Applicants can enroll the ID of their birds into our system for use when a bird is lost, stolen, or in cases where the ownership or ID of a bird is in question. Information entered into our system is NOT available to the public and will be released only upon request of the bird owner or through their specific instructions. We can register any species or hybrid bird, using any permanent leg band number or microchip number.
